Otolaryngology clinic

Don't go to this clinic, it's just a waste of your time. I read the reviews here and found most unpleasant experience of patients with this clinic is about the unprofessional doctors - this is true. The doctor I visited didn't perform professionally, he didn't listen at all. I tried to describe my symptoms but always got interrupted. I have my medical records with me but unfortunately the doctor didn't show any interests on it and just checked very quickly. He was not able to diagnose, so simply gave me a prescription without obtaining enough information of the problem and couldn't wait to refer me to other clinics to do some scans and examinations (though I've told him I've already did the scan, and the result is right with me in the medical records). The other specialists I visited later somewhere else told me ORL1851 is the place where I should visit, but the medicines prescribed by the doctor here were not even helpful to mitigate the problem. Wish I could give 0 start!

The doctors there are horrible, I went there told a doctor that I had tinnitus and hearing loss from the Covid vaccine , and also had a hole in ear drum . They said it wasn’t from that and was infection which I knew it wasn’t . Told me getting the whole fixed would help but all it did was cause more hearing loss and the tinnitus got 10x worse… . They didn’t tell me that it could make things worse…. Horrible experience. People need to start blaming the doctors…

I have never met a doctor this kind! Wow what an amazing experience. Dr Brousseau is one of kind! I had a great talk with her about Cats LOL. Nice and clean clinic ! will go back if needed

I called with the simple question: How far out are you booking appointments to see physicians? Should be a simple answer but I was met with interruptions and argument from the receptionist. So rude!

facile d'accès! personnel très courtois et professionnel pas de temps d'attente respect de leur pour les rendez-vous

J'ai visité la clinique en deuxième consultation pour un problème de cordes vocales. L'ORL est jeune, mais connaît bien son métier. En plus d'être compétente, elle est sympathique et démontre beaucoup d'empathie. La prise de rendez-vous est facile et assez rapide. Le seul bémol est le stationnement, mais c'est facile de stationner en face, au complexe commercial.

Excellent ENT. I visited many walk-in clinics because I was super sick with a respiratory infection and he was the only one capable to find why I stayed sick for 4 months. I was cured after 3 days taking his prescription. No one better than him.

Après plus de 2 ans sur une liste d’attente pour voir un ORL, on m’offre un rendez-vous à cette clinique. Au premier rdv, on m’envoie passer un scan afin de pouvoir confirmer un diagnostic. . A l’hôpital, on me dit que ce sera envoyé au médecin dans les 2 semaines. Après 2 mois, j’appelle et on me dit que l’hôpital n’a envoyé et que je devrai faire les démarche pour faire transférer le scan. Ne sachant où appeler, je rappelle à la clinique le lendemain. On me dit après une vérification, que le scan est bien dans mon dossier et qu’on a dû oublier de m’appeler. Deuxième rendez-vous avec Dr. Guevremont. Il me dit ne pouvoir voir le scan car le système ne fonctionne pas. Il me dit que le radiologiste ne signale rien de spécial alors ce doit être correct. 2 aller retour de plus de 100 km et un scan pour rien. On ne m’offre pas de regarder ce scan et de m’en donner des nouvelles. Je me retrouve au point de départ, sans solution pour mon problème. Vraiment déçu.
